Started with a lavish party at the Browns Hotel in Mayfair. The Mayfair Times publisher Ms Selma Day hand picked a group of Chinese women who are contributing their expertise in the fields of commerce, culture, music, education and fashion. I was one of them. The article was expertly written by Sarah Inazi, a publisher for Totally UK, a magazine targeting high networth Chinese with luxury British brands.

I was invited to a Black Tie dinner at the Dorchester to celebrate the Chinese New Year. VIP guests were the Rt Hon Lord Heseltine and the Rt Hon Lord Geoffery Howe CHQC and their spouses..

The Valentines Black Tie dinner at the Commonwealth League HQ in Park Place. Organised by Dr Varsi Daniels and Duchess Oalayo. Great evening of food and surperb music performance.

Celebrated with the Mulan Foundation for International Women's Day at the Guildhall private club. Did some fund raising for the Mulan Foundation with my jewellery.

Attended the Lord Mayor's Black Tie curry dinner at the Oriental club organised by Mei Sim Lai. A very good evening for a worthy cause for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity.

Emily Chool's birthday. Celebrated with her, her boyfriend Steve, Rebecca Choo (Jimmy Choo's wife) and my husband at the famous Waddesdon Manor. Spent a great part of the day there and had lunch at their gourmet restaurant.

Black Tie dinner at the House of Lords. Hostess was Grace Bian of Global Business Association. She wore a £7 million pound necklace from Bulgari and

was later invited to breakfast the following morning at Bulgari. Remember breakfast at Tiffany? It is now Breakfast at Bulgari.

Dinner at Bright Courtyard, Baker Street by Icebreaker 48 club. Donated two jade pendants for their raffle prizes.

Went for a short Princess Cruise to Scandinavia.Visted the famous venue where noble prizes are awarded to winners. Food and entertainment on board was good. But still prefer the Celebrity cruise liners which are smaller and more intimate. Now I must try the Viking River Cruise and of course The Regent!

Came back to attend an event by a Vietnamese charity in Kensington Crown Plaza. A Ms Sally Yip raise £2000 for the evening.

Dinner with the Hershams at their lovely Chelsea Home. Gary Hersham is proprietor of Beauchamp Estates, Park Lane. Met their lovely family and friends.

Mrs Jimmy Choo's birthday dinner at Sikumen restaurant. Lovely food from this restaurant. whose owner is from Penang, Malaysia too. That is why

Jimmy Choo decided to choose it to host the big dinner party for his wife. There were over 30 guests.

Special Olympics G.B. hosted a Black Tie Downton Abbey dinner at the Landmark Hotel. My jade pendant necklace rasied £320 for their charity auction.

Mrs Rosie Stancer, the grand niece of the late Queen Mother, approached me for the auction prize. As she herself has bought a jade pendant from me personally. She gave such a glowing report of my pendants and said they were truly a work of art.
